hi! I’m emily. I’m 14 years old and from Canada. I have a few big passions but one of my main ones is fitness. There are a few big reasons why. I love the way it makes me feel. I love the way that it improves my confidence, as well as I love the way it gives me an important purpose. My favourite ways to incorporate fitness and working out into my life are running, cycling, and formerly I was a competitive swimmer. During quarantine I have been able to explore many new workouts such as weight training, workout videos, and trying to develop my own routines that I would very much like to share.
