I have had a lot of my own struggles with healthy eating especially since I am very picky and have a hard time picking foods that I wanted to try and stuck to simple or carb full ones that I really only liked. It took me many years and many more years of being forced to eat healthier, going to nutritionists and such Here is what helped -trying new things -travelling -growing up -learning about my body -learning about health -realizing food it fuel -not focusing on being skinny It took me a long time but I did it.
